I can’t believe I’m actually writing a review for something. I’ve never done this before!

I am from the UK and had heard a little bit about proactol on tv and in fitness magazines. I had never wanted to take diet drugs but needed to lose weight quite quickly for my little sisters wedding.
It really works! I dropped 3 dress sizes in a little over 2 months

I didn’t do it by just taking proactol alone. I followed a diet and workout plan and used the proactol to help cut some of the calories from fat out of my diet.
Here is the diet & exercise plan I used if anybody else wants to try it. It’s a 1500 calorie diet plan.
I tried to go for walks at least 4 times a week for half an hour and the weight fell off really quickly. (I’d never exercised before other than highschool)

The key is to take proactol with breakfast every day without fail.

I’m still following the plan and hoping that my weight continues to decrease

Hi there,

Love the website! Great idea

First of all, my name is Allison and I’m from Norway. I have just finished a 4 month cycle of proactol and wanted to tell others how it went.

After the first week I was disappointed that I had only lost 1lb. I was still a bit happy that I’d seen an improvement but I was expecting more after reading all the reviews and hype on the internet. Weird to talk about myself in third person but it really feels as though there was an older fat version of me and now after proactol there is a new skinny me!

Proactol Helped Me Lose My Baby Weight

For any woman out there reading this who has had a baby, you’ll understand exactly how I felt after having my first baby.
Whats even worse is that I was the first one out of all my friends to have a baby so it made me feel even more self concious. Everytime they’d ask me to meet up to meet my new daughter I’d try and think of excuses to get out of it. I felt like a whale. Covered in stretch marks, tired and frumpy. I never had the energy to do my hair or makeup nicely. My whole life had turned into looking after the baby.

I took Proactol for 3 weeks before my vacation and it was the best decision I could have made! I wanted to lose about 10lbs because I was going to be wearing a bikini.
I didn’t lose 10lbs but I almost got there. I ended up losing around 8.5lbs and I felt so much more confident.

I thought I’d post here and tell you my story…My name is Monique. I’m a 24 year old uni student and I’ve been living on campus doing two degrees for 3 years now. My diet was mainly junk food.
